The Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, also called GDPR, regulates how authorities, companies and organizations process personal data. The regulation aims, inter alia, at to protect your personal information so that it is not used for any purpose other than that for which you provided it.

Collection and processing of personal data

Ljugarns Strandby AB 559034-9600 is responsible for personal data for the processing of personal data described below.

What personal information do we collect and when?

Personal and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number and online ID that you provide to us, for example when you submit a question or comments using the contact form or submit an event for publication in the Event Calendar. Even in other contexts such as when you attend a meeting or event, sign up for event lists and news releases, or interact with us on social media, we may collect such personal and contact information.

We may actively collect personal and contact information about you, for example if you work as a contact person at a company or are a public person, journalist or similar.

How long do we store your personal data?

What rights do you have registered?

Right to erase (“the right to be forgotten”). You have the right to request that we delete the personal data we process.

Right of restriction. In some circumstances, you may be entitled to request that our processing of your personal data be restricted. For example, if you were to question whether the information is accurate or whether we no longer need it for our purposes, but you need it to be able to establish, enforce or defend legal claims. This means that you can request that we not delete your information.
